PATRIOTISM AND ACCOUNTABILITY
It's obvious the level of patriotism among Tanzanians has decreased which closely relates to the dysfunctional of public organizations in society. For example, nowadays a public servant is there for his/her interest rather than the interests of the public this is a big problem and we need to cover this problem before it exceeds at a very high rate. Consider a public servant or any employee who is in the organisation for his interest will that organisation move on, they fail to comply with their interests and the interest of the public or organisation although their interests need to be considered too.
Take an example When you look at individual morals development there is the level that is the conventional level at which any public servant or any employee must persuade his/her task relying on the interest of the public which means his/her interest will come after the interest of the public this is the mostly significantly factor which almost of servants lack. So, how can we solve this, we can solve it through the implementation of the Public Service Acts of 2002 and by measuring the performance of workers by looking at how the consumers are satisfied with their services also making evaluations on their levels of integrity, communication patterns, trustfulness and how they tend to encourage teamwork to bring benefits to the society basing on level of standards needed
