America has an extensive intelligence understanding of Kenya. If Baba had a chance of being in government or leading Kenya, you can bet the meetings would be more high level.
What Kenyans are seeing at CSIS, as Baba goes on and on, is the kind of thing you see in primary school when the class sneak goes to report to the teacher and he is lying. Then learns that the teacher would not see him so ends up reporting to guys who serve tea in the staff room.
