4. Fruits and vegetables: ( These contain the vitamins and minerals so necessary for the proper development of the baby's bones and teeth.) Guava,mango,pawpaw,oranges,pineapple,bananas,limes,tomatoes,peanuts,green vegetables such as spinach,cassava leaves,etc.

Especially during the first months of pregnancy when she is nauseated easily,the expectant mother should eat a little fruit or even a piece of dry bread,several times during the day,so that her stomach is never completely empty.

1. Mimi naona nianzie kwenye aina za vyakula vya kuepuka kula wakati wa ujauzito:-

Epuka vyakula vifuatavyo:-
  • samaki wakubwa wa baharini (Marlin, Orange roughy, Tilefish, Swordfish, Shark, Mackerel (king fish), Tuna, n.k). Aina hizi za samaki zina madini mengi ya mercury ambayo yanaweza kumdhuru mtoto).
  • maziwa yasiochemshwa, au maziwa yasiochemshwa vizuri.
  • nyama mbichi, au nyama ambayo haijapikwa na kuiva vizuri, mayai mabichi, au mayai ambayo hayajaiva vizuri.
  • vinywaji vyenye alcohol, au caffeine.

2. Vyakula muhimu vya kula wakati wa ujauzito:-

Kula vyakula vifuatavyo:-
  • Carbohydrates – Organic fruits, vegetables, beans and whole-grain breads and pastas. In terms of fruits and vegetables, aim to have a serving at each and every meal or snack. Remember, the more colorful (e.g. blueberries, broccoli, sweet potatoes, etc.), the better.
  • fish (cold-water fish)-like tilapia, cat fish, etc. These kind of fish have very low levels of mercury.
  • Proteins – Cooked egg whites, chicken, turkey, soy, protein powder, low-fat dairy products and lean beef.
  • Fat – Eat as much “good fat” as possible to support proper brain and nervous system development. Optimal choices include nuts, seeds, avocadoes, olive oil, flaxseed oil, fish oils, cold-water fish and omega-3 eggs.
  • Fruits.

nimesha google lakini napenda pia kupata knowledge na experience kutoka kwa atu wengine,hata unapofanya research u can not feed ur report with data from a single source

Ni vema sana kumtunza mjamzito na inapendeza sana ukiona kiumbe kitakachozaliwa kikiwa chanye afya nzuri. Ni furaha pia kumwona mama akiendelea kuwa na afya njema na mwenye nguvu tele baada ya kujifungua. Ni wazi kuwa mwanamke mjamzito anatakiwa apate lishe yenye virutubisho vizuri sana kwa ajili ya afya yake yeye na mtoto.
