Whether sipping beer, wine or whiskey, women who drink just three alcoholic beverages a week face slightly higher chances for developing breast cancer compared with teetotalers. The link between alcohol and breast cancer isn't new, but most previous studies found no increased risk for breast cancer among light drinkers. The new research provides compelling evidence because it followed so many women for up to almost 30 years, experts said.Still, the study only shows an association between alcohol and breast cancer; it doesn't prove that drinking causes the disease. There could be some other reason light drinkers appeared to be at higher risk — maybe they were less active than nondrinkers or had unhealthy diets.Drinking alcohol "is definitely not one of the leading explanations" for why breast cancer develops, . "It's one of many contributing factors."s active than nondrinkers or had unhealthy diets.

Unaweza ukalala kwako lakini ukiwa umelewa chakari tena kila siku!!

Studies show that drinking alcohol at home is very dangerous as drinkers tend to relax and consume more, way past their normal limits. This is because:

1) there is no need to drive back home/or stumble back home - you only need enough energy to move your body from the living room to the bedroom
2) Your wife will never call you asking why you haven't arrived home.....rather, she will not utter her usual nonsense
3) You will be watching your favourate game or rather flopping channels around as you always do.
4) you can chew just about anything you want and wash it down with beer.
