Qualifications:
1. The candidates must be able to read, write and speak French and English.
2. The candidates must be well organized, flexible, open mind, confident, judicious.
3. Experience in customer service is an advantage
4. Excellent communication skills
5. The candidate Must know how to use computer (MS office package)
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Respond customer queries in a professional and efficient manner via Live chat.
· Educate the customer on our product range.
· Offer a variety of product related solutions to Customers.
· Providing order status updates.
· Develop strong relationships with customers.
· Conduct follows up on a daily basis to customer’s queries reported.
· Create and maintain records in database.
· Miscellaneous administration tasks.
