Tz is 52% donor funded, Kenya is not 100% self-funding and Uganda is like 20% donor funded if my sources are right, nothing to brag about though if it will not trickle down as better standard of living to the ordinary folkalso do not forget those economies are donor funded except kenya. tz with 60% of its budget kutoka wakoloni is the most hard hit

Stop with your pettiness.Dhuks @ work....:A S 39:

Yah, lakini kwanini mleta hoja asijumlishe, regardless imesomwa lini?
my good friend if rwanda budget is two billion us dollars what do you think of burundi which is the poorest in EAC? obviously its amount still fits in well and still leaves change for kenya
Stop with your pettiness.
How does it ''trickle down as better standards of living to the ordinary folk''? By some magic while you sit on your backside whining about Kenya-this-Kenya-that?
Just how did Kenya grow her ''trickle-down'' effort to factually over four times that of Uganda in just ten years?
From 2011 to 2012, alone, Kenya has increased public expenditure intentions to an amount equal to the entire Ugandan Budgetary Spending intentions this year? That is how it is grown to trickle down!!
And your figures on external budgetary funding for AM are factually incorrect - on the statistical returns for year 2011, it is 7.8% Kenya, 29% Rwanda, 32% Uganda, 33% Tanzania
4) Ukame
.
Kenya's total debt is about 17bn US$.Hili ni jukwaa la Kenya na sioni sababu wakati unaporusha maneno sampuli hiyo ya IQ, Kama IQ yako iko more than 70 unaongelea from which basis/source of information.
.....................Expenditure of countries goes as follows after recent budget readings across EA countries; Kenya's is $16bn, Rwanda.-$1,2bn Tanzania $8.6bn......etc.......etc)
Kenya's expenditure is double that of Tanzania, four times that of Uganda and 8 times that of Rwanda. Kwani does that govts expenditure lie? A country's economic size factor and its expenditure are synonymous. Nayo Uchumi wa Tanzania thrives and grows very well on paper/makadirio as opposed to the real thing/implementation on the ground.
Kenya's total debt is about 17bn US$.
Tanzania's debt stands at 9.78 US$.
Can you please prove me wrong?
