Two Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) enforcement officers have been remanded to Luzira Prison over allegations of rape and cyber harassment involving a first-year university student.

Ismail Osena, 36, was charged with rape, while Julius Mukisa, 21, was charged with cyber harassment before the Buganda Road Chief Magistrate’s Court.

The allegations have not been proven in court, and the accused are presumed innocent unless found guilty.
