On behalf of Representative Organization, I humbly appreciate your intent to join our team in our upcoming project in Zanzibar as Election Observers Filed Officers. I hereby inform you that you have successfully passed our first stage of selection and hence you have been selected among others to attend the project orientation in Dar Es Salaam. The project orientation shall commence on 15th March in Dar es Salaam specified Location
After the Election you will sign another six months contract to work as Post-Election Observers, where you will be reporting all the events you observer as shall be instructed during the orientation.
Because of the limited time, there won’t be one on one interview but rather the selected candidates shall be required to attend our special arranged project orientation as instructed, after we confirm the following
i) that the scanned copies of the certificates you shall be requested to submit are legit and valid(legit and valid (If your Certificates are already certified by other lawyers, please just forward the scanned copies, and you will receive the approval letter)
ii) that you have presented to us a Certificate of Authorization for Election Observers, which will grant you the permission to work under our project as per the Donors Requirements in this project
Do you have Certificate of Authorization which will allow you to work as Election Observer as per European Union Requirements? If NO PLEASE CLICK Here OR Application for Certificate of Authorization FOR Instructions on how to get Certificate of Authorization as Election Observer. The Deadline for Completing the Above Instructed Processes is 14th March, 2016.
Our organization has appointed a professional lawyer from a law firm in Tanzania, to help us with the verification, authentication and certification of your certificates at your own cost as shall be instructed. This is because as an organization we are not familiar with the Tanzanian’s issued certificates from colleges and universities.
The appointed Lawyer will also be available on the first day of the orientation, please make sure that you arrive with your original certificates on the first day of orientation for physical certification by our legal consultant.
Only those who shall submit the Certificate of Authorization for Election Observers and Certification Approval Letter from our lawyer shall receive Final Call for Orientation’s Invitation Email, with specific time and location where the orientation shall be conducted.
