Israel detains ship loaded with weapons

Jerusalem -- The Israeli Navy detained a ship loaded with weapons that was traveling about 100 miles west of the country's coast and headed to Syria, Israeli officials said Wednesday.
The ship was detained on Tuesday and was escorted to an Israeli port to be searched, an Israel Defense Forces statement said.
Authorities said the ship was carrying arms from Iran that were on route to Syria to be delivered to Hezbollah fighters in Lebanon.
Among the arms on board were missiles of various ranges, including long range, an Israeli government official said.
Defense Minister Ehud Barak praised the action. "This is another success in the never-ending battle against the attempts to smuggle arms and weapons that originate in Iran in an attempt to threaten Israel's security," Barak said.

That report is not credible in any way. Goldstone wants is biased and does not deserve to be taken serious, no wonder US House of representative have voted against the report.

Wakulaumiwa ni hao Hamas wenye mawazo mgando,wagumu kuelewa na wepesi kusahau, wanaotumia shule za chekechea na misikiti kuhifadhi na kurushia makombora yao, ili kwamba wakishambuliwa walalamike kuwa Israeli inaua watoto. Hamas ndio wa kulaumiwa maana hawaheshimu uhai wa watoto na hawana heshima ya sehemu za kuabudia Mungu wao.

Kama kuna watoto waliouawa itakua ilikua bahati mbaya au pale ambapo Hamas walipogeuza shule za chekechea kuwa uwanja wa vita. Kama wanajua kupigana si wajitokeze na wapigane kama wanaume, kinachowafanya kujificha katikati ya watoto ni nini?

The seizure of these weapons from Iran is another reason why Iran should be denied any chance of acquiring nuclear weapons. These guys can not be trusted with nukes because they will supply them to Hezboolah and Hamas without considering repercussion of firing a nuclear weapon.
