Hope hamujambo sana

mimi wananiita bonge nina uzito wa kg 97 lakini my ideal wt kitaalamu ni kg 65 nilianza shida hizi baada ya uzazi miaka mitano nyuma nimeshindwa kabisa kurudi kwa uzito wangu wa mwanzo.....nimefanya mazoezi..nimechemsha sababu spidi ya njaa inakuwa kubwa nimejinyima sana naambulia ulcers ss jitihada naona zinaelekea ukingoni huku nikiumwa sana na miguu na kiuno.....kwa aina ya professional yangu(mi ni banker)naomba nisaidiwe namna ya kuwa na uzito wenye afya......

Pole sana @gentlesoul . Kosa namba moja kwenye weight loss ni kujinyima chakula. Ulitakiwa kula mwili wako ukihitaji chakula lakini usile vyakula vibaya. Unapunguza carbs, limit it to once a day, sana sana asubuhi sababu mwili wako unahitaji carbs, ni kama kuweka mafuta kwenye gari.

Pamoja na kupunguza carbs (na vyakula vyenye sukari na mafuta) unatakiwa kufanya mazoezi. Anza taratibu, si lazima ukimbie mbio from day 1. Unaanza kwa kutembea, unaongeza muda wako wa kutembea ukiona unaanza kuzoea route yako. Baada ya hapo unaweza kuanza kukimbia kidogo kidogo (sema dakika 1 moja unakimbia, dakika 2 unatembea, rudia).

Kumbuka weight loss inachukua muda mrefu. Ulisema ni miaka mitano sasa toka hili tatizo lianze, kwahiyo jipe at least mwaka mmoja kupunguza hizo kilo. Usifanye kama diet, chukulia ni kama lifestyle change, yaani utaanza kula vizuri na kufanya mazoezi kama moja ya hobbies zako. Kama watoto wako ni wakubwa kidogo unaweza ukachukua muda kucheza nao, na kukimbizana kama zoezi. Si lazima kutumia machines. Exercise can be fun.
