IAA CAREERS DAY means Institute of Accountancy Arusha Careers day is a day where by all students who are credited to Graduate meet with employers from different companies in Tanzania.
Representatives from different companies especially Human Resource Managers and Marketing Managers will be invited to attend the event and deliver knowledge on different areas according to the themes of the event.

The IAA Careers day themes are:
Market penetration techniques.
Marketing one self when jobs are advertised and even when they are not.
 Technical issues to be addressed before a successful Interview.
 Self employment, procedures, opportunities and challenges.
Credited graduate who will attend the event will get the following benefits:
 Marketing themselves to the Organization by showing their talents as a conversion of knowledge gained from class.
 Understanding kind of opportunities offered by several companies.
 Gaining interview knowledge as will be represented by representatives from different companies.

The Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) is based on ARUSHA region, a tourist attractive Region. It is among the Higher Learning Institutions in Tanzania. The Institute has a great contribution in development of Tanzania. The great importance of the Institute to the Nation is seen through its good and quality human resource products in different professions, these includes professionals in Accounting, Information Technology , Business Management, Banking and finance, Procurement and Logistic management, Tax Administration, Computing science and others.
The graduates from the Institute have been good workers in several Organizations, NGOs and several Government Ministries. A random study made showed that most graduates from (IAA) are not jobless due to the quality skills they have.
