HiCongratulation for your interest to work with us, our team here in Nairobi and Juba have reviewed your job application documents for the position of Assistance Research Officer which you applied under Scientist International Organization, and we have come up with the conclusive remark regarding your job application, and we have decided to make you part of our team operating in Juba-South Sudan upon your acceptance. Your Monthly Salary will be $1,200 (Other benefits shall be security, health insurance and social protection for employee and family member). This job is a two year contract; the job contract can be extended upon outstanding performance demonstrated by the employee. You will be working under the project titled Research on Challenges facing Sudanese Secondary Schools. To work in South Sudan for Citizens of Tanzania or Kenya you will need three important documents with you, International Passport, Visa and Working Permit. As explained belowSouth Sudan Immigration Authorities Offers Various type of Visa, because there is no South Sudan Embassy in Tanzania, our organisation will help to process for you a type of visa known as On-Arrival Visa, for South Sudan this type of visa is always given at a port (airport or harbor) of entry. In this case SIO representatives will process all essential requirements, so that upon arrival you will be given On-Arrival Visa. This will only cost $100 (Tsh 160,000/=)Work Permit, is an Unavoidable document you will need in order to be able to work in South Sudan, Scientist Organization in Juba is facilitating the whole process of acquiring work permit from the beginning. The cost for work permit is $68.75 (Tsh 110,000/=)If you dont have a travelling passport, you will need to start processing one from any immigration office nearby you in Tanzania. Our representative in Dar can help you to process your traveling passport if you dont have one.Note: All successful applicants/employees would need to cover all the associated costs for their permit documents (working permit, visa and passport). This is as a result of sad and bitter experiences encountered in the past. A situation whereby after the organization paid for the permit documents of employees and paying for their flight ticket, many of them (employees) failed to turn up due to either domestic, personal problems or change of mind. As a result of that, the Executive Board of Scientist International Organization came to an agreed conclusion that employees would need to pay for their permit documents as a SIGN of Commitment and Willingness that they are ready to come and work for the organization here in Juba, South Sudan OR elsewhere around the world. The organization will only send itinerary air ticket to those who have proved to have committed to work with us by making advance payment of their work permit and visa documents.
