Call and Vision Secondary School (CVSS)

Call and Vision Secondary school of Shangani West, Mtwara (municipality) invites application from suitably qualified candidate for the above position. S/he should be a proactive person ready and capable of leading and working within a team in a way that yields the best results.

Duties and Responsibilities;

• to be the mentor and guardian of all subordinate staff members,
• to be responsible for planning and execution of all issues related to the academic performance which include teaching and learning activities respecting full and proper syllabus coverage,
• to ensure that there is proper and efficient teaching load and create the atmosphere of cooperation, participation and team work,
• to be a link between the school owners, parents, staff, students and the school board of directors.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience;

• at least bachelor degree in education with at least 3 years of teaching practice.
• other skills; creativity, problem solving skills, project/proposal development skills and computer (Ms-Office package and internet)

Salary; in accordance with the CVSS scales including responsibility allowance and an attractive gratuity offer at the end of contract depending on the duration of that contract,

Benefits; Housing/rent allowance, utility supplement allowance, transport to and from office,
