Please refer the job advertisement on the position of Community Mobilization and Sensitization Officers under the project ?Africa Ebola Prevention and Control Campaign (AePCC)-Tanzania, Phase I? which was advertised in August-October 2014 and August 2015. The project implementation was postponed in Tanzania due to limited resources at the time following the critical Ebola outbreak in Liberia, Nigeria, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Mali and Congo DRC. The organization executive committee in partnership with international health organizations and Centre for Disease Control from US has finally consented for this project to be implemented in Tanzania and Kenya starting early after January 2016 Nairobi Training.
We have moved our offices from Kigali-Rwanda to Nairobi Kenya since March 2015 and we are expecting to launch our operational office in Tanzania early January of the next year. AePCC is a long term strategic project aimed at Ebola prevention and control in Africa, the project is focusing on creating awareness about Ebola viruses by training the community, engaging the health centers, education institutions, non-governmental organizations. The project is anticipating any possible future ebola outbreak aiming in ensuring that the community has enough knowledge on Ebola preventive measures, Ebola control measures as well as patient management and detention.
Hence, I am hereby officially informing you that you have been selected to attend two weeks training in Nairobi starting from 5[SUP]th[/SUP] January 2016, after the training you shall be required to enter into a three years renewable contract as a Community Mobilization and Sensitization Officer under AePCC Project which will be implemented in Tanzania and Kenya.
Make sure that you use economical mode of transport from Dar es salaam to Nairobi we shall only refund transportation cost at a uniform rate of Tsh 100,000/= per each. Doctor Organization shall provide free accommodation and meals for the whole period of the training and your stay in Nairobi as long as you complete the Accommodation Reservation Requirements as shall be explained below;
Please Confirm if you accept this offer and if you will attend our two weeks training course in Nairobi by doing the following
- Send us your training offer acceptance confirmation email to our Training Organizer, via the email: trainingreservation@doctor.com ,
- Book/Reserve the accommodation/hotel room by sending your Refundable Accommodation Reservation Fee, Tsh 55.000/= if you wish our organization to arrange the accommodation for you.
- In Your confirmation email, please indicate on whether we should include you in the list of applicants whom the organization shall provide with free accommodation and meals, if so make sure you have sent your Accommodation Reservation Fee before the mentioned deadline below
- The deadline for booking/reserving the Training Accommodation is 1[SUP]st[/SUP] December 2015
- If you don?t have travelling passport make sure that you start processing emergence travelling documents (Temporary East Africa Passport)
- In your email, please confirm that you are ready to undertake medical examination especially x-ray examination as well as Ebola virus examination
Only the candidates who have confirmed to participate in the training, and have booked/reserved for their accommodation shall be offered with free accommodation and meals during the training. Note, if you fail to reserve/book for the accommodation you will have to bear all the costs for the accommodation and meals for the whole two weeks of the training from your own pocket.
After Confirming Your Participation, you shall receive Training Appointment Letter via email, please make sure that you print that letter for future reference during training registration day. Just in case you are tied up with other job or won?t be able to attend the training we advise you to inform us so that we can replace your name with other applicants before it is too late to make the changes.
