Free Laptop worth $6.8 m

The Goverment of Tamil Nadu is to provide free laptops worth $6.8m to all secondary school and college students in the state. Is this money well invested or should it have been invested in more pressing needs ie providing health to the poor?
 
How if he used the money to buy a luxury presidential jet as it was in Tanzania,i dont see anthing bad with that,he is investing into education that in other way improves the health of the his people
 
This is realy Tanzania mind...the Tamil Government knows that to invest in education is better investment...sio kilimo kwanza ambacho hakina wataalam
