Your typical day will be filled by moves to:
· Track transactions and make journal entries
· Join the team to prepare project budgets for clients
· Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
· Administer Payroll, Receivables and Payables
· Make statutory computations and returns
· Drive efficiency and control expenses
· Prepare and coordinate audit processes
· Implement internal controls and procedures
· Prepare budgets and forecasts
· Prepare monthly management reports and accounts
· Coordinate year-end closings
You are big on:
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Scheduling and monitoring
· Outstanding Communications
· Initiatives
· Confidentiality
You have:
· 3 years plus experience in finance and or accounting
· A working Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
· A working knowledge of local laws
· Technical accounting skills
· Great managerial skills
· Proficiency in accounting software
· A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in related field
Technologies we use: Xero Accounting system, Google Apps, Microsoft office
