Position: Fiber Project Manager​

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience required: 3+ years in telecom network project management.
• Expertise: Fiber network deployment and project leadership.

Core responsibilities​

• Project planning and execution
  Lead end-to-end fiber network deployment projects including FTTH, FTTx, backbone, and metro fiber.
• Team and vendor coordination
  Manage internal teams (design, construction, QA/QC, documentation).
  Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
  Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality standards.
• Budget and reporting
  Prepare project budgets and monitor financial performance.
  Track project KPIs including cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
  Provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Compliance and documentation
  Ensure all projects comply with company policies, industry standards (e.g., ITU-T, IEEE), and regulatory guidelines (e.g., TCRA).
  Manage project documentation, including BOQs, as-built drawings, test results, and permits.
• Risk and issue management
  Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
  Handle project escalations and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
