I really don't know, who you are targeting at, as you talk of executive arrogance. However, executive arrogance is as bad as blasphemy. Getting to a point of underrating and robing other people's dignity in the name of being powerful isn't good and it is ungodly. The old books are Identifying Arrogance with usurping God's position.
And you know what? There is no way ,you can turn God's mandate into your's and remain safe. No matter the magnitude of powers of executive you may have, let you treat others in a required standards and within the parameters of humanity and the laws at large. May leaders get rid of power arrogance and start behaving as people's servants.
Bless you Africa.
