TPLF Deputy Chairman Amanuel Assefa accused Ethiopia's government of deploying foreign mercenaries, sharing video of three foreign soldiers in Gerhu Sirnay, a town right at an Eritrea border crossing. Observers claim they are Israel/UAE soldiers. This follows previous report of Israeli intelligence agents presence in Tigray's capital ( see update 34).
📍Tigray’s Central Command announced its decision to take measures against individuals guiding federal forces, warning they will bear full responsibility. It has also called on Tigrayans to monitor and report their activities.

Tigrayan forces say they killed more than 500 Ethiopian government soldiers and wounded another 800 in a major offensive on the Central Front. They also report the deaths of two commanders and the seizure of a large quantity of weapons.
đź“ŤAmhara Fano Claims 230 Government Troops Killed.
Fano forces report killing 230 Ethiopian troops and wounding 94 between October 25 and 30. Fighting spanned Gondar and Wollo, including Metema, Dabat, Debark, Andabet, Lasta, Bugna, Ambasel, Gazo, Abe Dongoro and Gida Ayana.

Three civilians were reportedly killed by gunfire in Moyale. Federal mediation has failed, with the Somali regional government rejecting orders to withdraw. Somali forces claim they repelled an Oromia offensive and now fully control the disputed border town.
📍“Operation Hayelom” Notices Appear in Mekelle
Tigrayan forces reportedly distributed leaflets and posted “Operation Hayelom” notices across Mekelle overnight, following similar actions in Alamata last week.
