ERICSSON DXX 8600/DXX Manager O&M Assistance required for long term contract urgently.
You will be required to work on shift bases (12 Hours/8 hours)
Execute any work-order on transmission nodes (DXX 8100, DXX6300, DXX8600)
Monitoring of DXX8600 nodes, taking care of all alarms & act on spot to clear alarms
Contacting the NFM team (Network Field Maintenance) and support them during any troubleshooting activities on sites
Work on any trouble-ticket that issued by the customer first line team related to DXX 8600 nodes
Support the addition and integration of new DXX8600 nodes on the DXX8000 Manager.
Knowledge transfer to customers operation team (on job training for them)
The following competence areas are a must:
1. Tellabs DXX 8600 & DXX Manager R16
2. MPLS, QOS, Traffic Engineering configuration
3. PWE3 creation with different types
4. 2G, 3G transmission circuit creation & troubleshooting
5. VPN provisioning tool & Fault management tool (DXX Manager)
