Just power ya pc, press F8 before boot up, then use arrow keys to scrol to the last known good cofiguration,

Or you can simply repair it. all your saved document will be safe. hape u have all utilities (drivers)cd u purchased with your PC.

Hiyo nilishafanyaga siku nyingi tu, lakini tatizo bado lipo.
Tatizo ni kwamba pc yenyewe haitaki kuboot. Ukiipa power badala ya kuboot yenyewe haiboot, power indicator light inakuwa ya njano badala ya kijani. Na wakati mwengine processor fan inavuma/inatoa ukelele.
 
Inawezekana tatizo ni hiyo button ya kuboot imekorofisha badala ya kuiwasha pc inaiweka kwenye sleeping mode
Solution Jaribu kuifungua na ujaribu kuwasha moja kwa moja. kama una vifaa

Inawezekana adaptor imepoteza nguvu ya kupitisha moto wa kutosha unahohitajika na laptop.
Solution jaripu kutafuta power adaptor nyingine uone itakuwaje

1. Ndiyo, niliizima kwa kufuata utaratibu
2. Windows iko updated sababu pc iko connected na net siku zote.

Wakuu asanteni sana kwa michango yenu, mungu atawalipeni mbadala inshaallah.

Katika kutafuta ufumbuzi wa tatizo nilipita website moja iliyoniambia kuwa MOB za dell zina matatizo, na wanakubali kubadilisha iwapo pc bado itakuwa ktk garentii na dell yako ni manufactured from US. Pia dell wamekili kuwa walinunua vifaa feki kutoka kampuni ya FOXCOM, vifaa hivyo vinahusiana na CPU coolin (Heat sink and thermal paste system). Na tatizo hili ni kwa dell za kuanzia mwaka 2004/2005 kuja juu. Hapa ofisini kuna dell zipatazo 7 zimekumbwa na tatizo hilo, yaani zimekufa, nmewashauri wanaotaka pcs hapa ofisini wanunue compaq au brand nyingine.

MOB ni system ina subsytem nyingi. So system nzima ya MOB kufa ni nadra sana. Labda kama kifaa subsytem kinachsababisha hivi waseme ni unrepairable au gahrama yake ni kubwa. So unaweza kukuta kwenye hiyo MOB kuwa power IC tu inatakiwa kubadilishwa.

Compaq ilinunuliwa na HP pia na wao kuna brand zao zina matatizo. So katika brand hata kama ni toshiba au IBM hakikisha umefanya uchunguzi wa kutosha. Kila brandina model zenye matatizo.

But again nakushauri hata kama umeichoka hiyo latop ifanyie mazoezi mwenywe. Unaweza kushangaa kilichokufa ndani ya MOB hakizidi shilingi 10,000. na unaifufua na kuiza au kuigawa kwa ndugu. na wahitaji.

Asante mkuu nimekuelewa, tatizo ni kuwa sina vifaa vya kisasa vya ku-detect faults in mother board. Hata hivyo mashine zilizoaribika sio dell laptop bali dell desktop.
Kuna pc moja baada ya kuichunguza mob yake kwa umakini (visual inspection) nikaona kuna baadhi ya capacitors zimeyeyuka!!! kana kwamba zimepewa kiasi kikubwa cha umeme!!
