National Super Alliance (NASA) strategist David Ndii’s twitter account is on fire after theOxford University trained economist ‘renounced’ his Gikuyu tribe.

Reactions to his declaration that he was no longer party to the Gikuyu and was now a Luo came in thick and fast as his followers deliberated on the move.

According to Ndii, he had had enough of theUthamaki and grown tired of the “appeal to ethnic solidarity.”

Ndii added that his was not a personal, local decision but a “statement of political philosophy”.


Last December, Ndii picked from a hotel in Diani, Kwale, by armed men believed to be from the Flying Squad while on vacation at Leopard Beach Hotel with his family.

He was then shuttled to Nairobi where he was taken to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) over alleged incitement charges.

Ndii is just fooling the Luos, when the late honorable Tom Mboya son of Mbita was circumcised by Kikuyus so as to take over the Presidency after Mzee Jomo Kenyatta, did that turn him into a Kikuyu?! he died and buried with all Luo rituals performed well. Ndii will remain Kikuyu even if he immigrated to Australia like senator Gichuhi of Australia, secondly he will be in a very very good position to safeguard the Kikuyu dominance over the Luo!

Stupidity of the highest order, people are moving towards a tribe free society and here a so called learned fellow is switching to yet another tribe. He should have ceased calling himself a kikuyu a long time ago and just be a Kenyan like the rest of us.
 
He renounced kikuyu citizenship, and urged those who still want to view him under ethnic lenses (since most kenyans are more ethinacly inclined) to view him as a luo, but can be any other tribe or race for that matter

WTF are you saying. You are not making any sense.
 
Luo is not a tribe bana. Luo is a life style.

Omera I get the lifestyle too buana but Ndii is talking about the other stuff. What a shame, our children have no particular tribe but here is their wise grandfather Ndii, squating to take a shit in public.

This is what ndii is saying: Dont look at me to behave or endose Kikuyu norms, behaviors or other uthamaki stereotypes. If your brain has no ability to consive a person in any other way except through stereotypical means then consider him a sterotypical Luo for your comfort.
 
You should take an evening English tutorial class. Are you translating directly from your mother tongue? I would have advised you to use swahili instead, but your swahili is even much worse.
 
Ndii shifts base from uthamakistan to usamakistan. He has the right to do so especially if he feels the govt has been hunting him down and unfairly targeting him.

A double math major who can't effectively express himself in both, English and Swahili. Very disheartening coming from a Kenyan. There is a very big village, in your mind.
