Great thinker, inasikitisha sana pale viongozi wa umma wanapokosa uwajibikaji. Hii inshu ya cyprus imetokea ktk mazingira kama ya Gongolamboto and the like, lakini viongozi wamewajibika bila hata kuchukua muda wa kuanza kubishana na vyombo vya habari. Nadhani tatizo ni vioingozi kudhani wao wamezaliwa kuwa viongozi bali si kuwatumikia wananchi.

wenzetu wamekufa watu 12 jamaa wamejiuzulu....sisi huku walikazania kudanganya idadi ya watu

Having the Min. of Defense still in power after the tragedy of the Gongolamboto blasts sends a message of a government not willing to enforce any kind of responsibility/accountability on its own officials. Mwinyi should have done the right thing by resigning OR President Kikwete should have asked him to step down. The fact that the MoD is still sitting in his Minister chair is indicative of a leadership that has no regard for the rule of law/ no ethical/moral compass by which to protect and serve the people of the country. Truly shameful! That some leaders in power are only there to serve their best friends and look after their own self interests.

And....from being a medical doctor to minister of defence! Only in Bongoland, the land of the one-eyed people!
