Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has set a new Premier League record after being named Manager of the Month for December - receiving the award for an unprecedented third consecutive month.
The Italian, who only arrived in England in July after two years of international management, initially struggled to get the best out of his players, but has had an incredible impact on Chelsea's mentality, tactics and, most importantly, results since October.
Chelsea won all six of their Premier League fixtures in December to end the calendar comfortably at the very top of the standings.
The month had begun with an impressive 3-1 away win against Manchester City, while hard fought victories against West Brom, Sunderland and Crystal Palace all followed.
Chelsea subsequently hammered Bournemouth 3-0 on Boxing Day, while Stoke were then put to the sword on New Year's Eve. That 4-2 victory against the Potters even equalled Arsenal's long-standing Premier League record of 13 straight wins.
That incredible winning streak only came to an end when Tottenham managed to beat Chelsea earlier this month, in the club's first game of 2017.
