Tanzania China International Transport Company, the wholly-owned subsidiary of China Chang Group Limited mainly operates the road transportation across Tanzania and also many countries in East Africa (including Kenya, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Burundi, etc.), its service network covers the whole territory of East Africa; it also owns 100 HOWO platform vehicles for transporting containers, 20 self-discharging tippers, many vehicles for transportation of equipment applied in baseboard engineering, and several brand-new Volvo excavators, hoisting cranes, loaders, forklift, oil-tank transportation vehicles, etc. The company was established in July 1, 2013; currently, it has employed about twenty professional Tanzania logistics personnel to take charge of all important nodes, and guarantee the safe and efficient delivery of all its commodities and meet the customer demand. It has won the trust of many large shipping companies with regular operation and professional quality, and become the cargo-booking agent for many famous shipping companies such as COSCO, MSC, K-LINE and ZIM, and signed advantageous airline pricing contract with notable shipping companies including MAERSK, KMTC, CMA, APL, HANJIN, PIL and NYK. The company has established project cooperation business with CNPC, CHINA ZHONGTIE MAJOR BRIDGE ENGINEERING GROUP CO., LTD., CCECC and other large-scale state-owned enterprises in Tanzania, and signed long-term cooperation project with FAO.
