BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE
TANZANITE SHIPPING SERVICES LIMITED is a company that has been licensed by TASAC to operate
CARGO CONSOLIDATION/DE-CONSOLIDATION in Tanzania.
We are looking fora candidate to fill the vacancy of a Back Office Executive in Dar es Salaam.
The following are some of the responsibilities:
• Processing and managing documents, such as invoices, Bill of Lading and other import documents.
• Updating and maintaining databases in excel or other applications with accurate and relevant information.
• Managing and organizing files, both physical and electronic, to ensure ea retrieval and accessibility.
• Handling customer inquiries and assist in their resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma.
• Proven experience of at least one year as a Back Office Executive.
• Proficient in using office applications such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Age25 to 35
• Experience in data entry
