I checked out something similar but more chilled out at Real Estate for Sale in Nosara Costa Rica, Land Near Guiones Beach — El Bosque Nosara — it’s a spot in Costa Rica with plots surrounded by nature, not city buzz. Depends what vibe you're after. If you're into calm and green instead of busy urban life like Posta, that could be an option to consider. Prices are different but worth comparing if you're open to something outside Dar.
