The issue of alien existence or non existence has raised alot of interest for the human race, are aliens there or not? there have been claims of encounters with extraterrestrial life and objects from outer space.
from a reasoning point of view:
1.The earth is a member of the solar system,The Sun is the star at the center of the Solar System.
A star is an astronomical object consisting of a luminous spheroid of plasma held together by its own gravity. The nearest star to Earth is the Sun. Many other stars are visible to the naked eye from Earth during the night, appearing as a multitude of fixed luminous points in the sky due to their immense distance from Earth.
The observable Universe contains an estimated 1×10^24 stars.
…...from this well known scientific fact, lets look at one thing:the estimated number of stars either in the milky way or other constellation:1×10^24 stars ,from this number of stars, only one is close to the Earth at a distance of approximately 1 AU from the Earth (1 AU ≈ 1.496×10^8 km).
From the many stars in the milky way only one,the sun, is close to the the Earth and it's the center of the system, the solar system.
Then if that's is the case with the earth, from the law of large numbers(one case in this case is sufficient to be a large number because it's the only known case),then can we conclude that any other star out there acts as a center of a given solar system?
If this is the case then would it be wrong to conclude that there are very many solar systems that are equivalent to the number of stars in the solar system and that at least one of these planets is life supporting just like the Earth,(law of large numbers again)
2.As of 1 December 2020, there are 4,379 confirmed exoplanets in 3,237 systems, with 717 systems having more than one planet. Debris disks are also known to be common, though other objects are more difficult to observe.
An exoplanet or extrasolar planet is a planet outside the Solar System.
... examples:
..On 23 July 2015, NASA announced Kepler-452b, a near-Earth-size planet orbiting the habitable zone of a G2-type star.
..On 6 September 2018, NASA discovered an exoplanet about 145 light years away from Earth in the constellation Virgo. This exoplanet, Wolf 503b, is twice the size of Earth and was discovered orbiting a type of star known as an "Orange Dwarf". Wolf 503b completes one orbit in as few as six days because it is very close to the star.
....On 26 February 2014, NASA announced the discovery of 715 newly verified exoplanets around 305 stars by the Kepler Space Telescope. These exoplanets were checked using a statistical technique called "verification by multiplicity".
From these examples it's evident that the exoplanets or the solar systems outlined in 1 above are in existence and this is from. confirmed 4379 exoplanets and in 3237 systems,(so we can partially assume that the law of large numbers is holding,ie there are other systems and in them there are planets as is the case of the solar system)
3.On planet Earth life is supported, planet Earth is a member of the Solar system, the solar system is in the milky Galaxy constellation,in this Galaxy therefore ,there are other exoplanets,in these exoplanets a solar system exists (other than the Earth's)as the center of that system, and at least one planet in these other systems is life supporting.( From 2 above you can make a quick approximation of possibly how many planets support life).
4.From 3 above its highly possible that there are other life supporting planets in the universe.
Looking at planet Earth there are various organisms both unicellular and multicellular,Among the multicellular organisms there are different classifications and there is at least one species that is higher in the classification hierarchy and it's brain usage is more advanced than that of any other multicellular organism in that planet and this organism is curious and innovative,And explorative in nature.
5.Search for Extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI)
This is a collective term for scientific searches for intelligent extraterrestrial life, for example, monitoring electromagnetic radiation for signs of transmissions from civilizations
on other planets.
Remember from 4 above : that one multicellular organism thats explorative in Nature.
On planet Earth SETI Scientific investigation began shortly after the advent of radio in the early 1900s, and focused international efforts have been going on since the 1980s.In 2015, Stephen Hawking and Russian billionaire Yuri Milner announced a well-funded effort called Breakthrough Listen.
Breakthrough Listen was announced to the public on July 20, 2015 (the anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon landing) by Milner at London's Royal Society. The event was flanked by scientists such as Frank Drake, who is known for the Drake equation that estimates the number of detectable alien civilizations, and Geoff Marcy, an astronomer who has helped find hundreds of exoplanets. The announcement included an open letter co-signed by multiple scientists, including physicist Stephen Hawking, expressing support for an intensified search for alien life.During the public launch, Hawking said:
"In an infinite Universe, there must be other life. There is no bigger question. It is time to commit to finding the answer."
..On August 30, 2017, Breakthrough Listen said it picked a series of 15 radio bursts coming from a dwarf galaxy about 3 billion light years away.Breakthrough Listen researchers said the possibility of source being extraterrestrial life can not be ruled out as yet.
...In December 2020, it was reported that in April and May 2019, a narrowband signal at 982.002 MHz was intercepted that showed shifts in its frequency consistent with the movement of a planet. No modulation was detected. The signal appears to have originated from the direction of Proxima Centauri. It has been given the name Breakthrough Listen Candidate 1 (BLC1). As of December, the researchers were still working to rule out terrestrial interference, which they considered the most likely cause.
(You can read more about "breakthrough listen"from the internet)
6.from 5 above it evident that the organism in 4 in any planet is suspicious of there being other organisms in other planets and this organism does all it can to try to establish the existence of life in other planets,so the same way man(the organism on planet Earth) is interested about other planets the same way other organisms in other planets are interested about other planets outside their system.in SETI there is Communication with extraterrestrial intelligence or CETI, is a branch of the search for extraterrestrial intelligencethat focuses on composing and deciphering interstellar messages that theoretically could be understood by another technological civilization
.. in June 2020, astronomers from the University of Nottingham reported the possible existence of over 30 "active communicating intelligent civilizations" (none within our current ability to detect due to various reasons including distance or size) in our own Milky Way galaxy, based on the latest astrophysical information.
So this organism has tried to establish communication with others extraterrestrial organisms
But what hinders successful communication?
Some researchers have concluded that in order to communicate with extraterrestrial species, humanity must first try to communicate with Earth's intelligent animal species. John C. Lillyworked on with interspecies communication by teaching dolphins English (successful with rhythms, not with understandability, given their different mouth/blowhole shapes). He practiced various disciplines of spirituality and also ingested psychedelic drugs such as LSD and (later) ketamine in the company of dolphins
Therefore this intelligent organism in any planet is willing to do any thing it can so as to be successful in SETI.
8.UFO sightings on Earth.
An unidentified flying object (UFO) is any aerial phenomenon that cannot immediately be identified or explained. Most UFOs are identified on investigation as conventional objects or phenomena. The term is widely used for claimed observations of extraterrestrialspacecraft.
Ufology is not generally considered credible in mainstream science. There was, in the past, some debate in the scientific community about whether any scientific investigation into UFO sightings is warranted, with the general conclusion that the phenomenon was not worthy of serious investigation except as a cultural artifact, but this does not rule out their existence or non existence.
Recall from 7 above that the intelligent organism is willing to do all that it can to achieve its mission.
Man(the organism on Earth) is not left behind we have sent manned and unmanned spacecrafts to space, therefore this spacecrafts of man are now UFO to other organisms in other planets and the organisms in these spacecrafts of man are termed as Aliens in those other planets, and in those other planets they also have SETI and CETI and their own space crafts and astronouts whom they send out to explore.
UFO sightings have been recorded since 1440BC to the latest recorded instance in 2015/03/10

But despite the fact that ufology has no scientific evidence, remember the words of Hawking in 5 above
This intelligence organism in every planet is cunning and crafty and lethal to its own species,it will use its intelligence for its own benefits and also to harm others of it species and other species, man has crafted weapons to fight fellow man, just an example,(from the law of large numbers this can be applied to other exoplanets if we use Earth as our case study)
As this intelligence organism is as outlined above it will conceal information from itself and from others of its own species,so after an UFO sighted either here or in the exoplanets, why is this? Imagine you are an astronaut in a space ship and then you land in a different planet and find other organisms either more advanced or less advanced than us?what will you do with that information once you are back to planet Earth?(personal choice)
Remember the characteristics of this intelligent beings
So just as man sends objects to space, other organisms in other planets are also doing that.
Conclusion.
From premise 1 to premise 8,in a nutshell it follows that:
The universe is made up of millions of solar systems, each solar system has a sun as it's centre,in these exoplanets, there exists at least one planet that can support life,in this life e supporting planet, there are unicellular organisms and multicellular organisms, among the multicellular organisms there is an intelligent, curious and exploring organisms that tries to establish the existence of life outside its own planet, this being is cunning and fights its own species, from the law of large numbers we can take the solar system and the Earth to represent the only known finding and thus apply it to the other exoplanets,we can come to the conclusion:::
Do Aliens exist?
Make your own conclusion.
