Yes it is a SA channel. It is however normally a feed on this bird, so it won't be there all the time. It manifests itself as ETV_Capetown or something like that, just below TV Malawi tp. Keep on (blind) scanning your receiver. I noticed the picture stabilizes after you hit 80% and above.is this etv the south african channel, if yes how you bring it down, several times i have been on ses 5 but have not come accross this channel except the one under openview which is dark. can you share the trick pls. am in dar es salaam

My Str4922 seems to have a developed a problem. when i switch it on, all i get is the red power light. Nothing else. I have tried switching it on and off without success. Anyone suggest a remedy?
