JOB OPENING:
Microf Ltd is a Company limited by guarantee established on 27th January, 2016 with head offices in Kinondoni B Dar Es Salaam. Microf Ltd deals with training, consultancy and research in Cooperatives, Microfinance, Banks and Entrepreneurship arena. Currently, the Company has three open vacant positions as stated below;
1: Consultant (1 Position)
Consultant will deal with marketing of consultancy services available at the Company, engage into execution of some consultancy assignments and act as a liaison person between clients and the Company. Candidate must have degree in either business administration, project management, banking or microfinance and enterprise development. A minimum of two (2) years working experience is desirable.
2: Training Centre Manager (1 Position)
The training Centre deals with tailor made and coordinated trainings related to Cooperatives, Microfinance, Banking, Insurance and Entrepreneurship. In this regards; Training Centre Manager will deal with structuring Centre operations, plan and co-ordinate training programs, marketing of training programs. Candidate must have at least degree either of the following; education, business administration, human resources management, cooperative management or accounting and finance. Candidate with adequate working experience in the same position will be given higher priority.
3: Finance Officer (1 Position)
Finance Officer will play a role in finance management, writing books of accounts, performing banking transactions as per Management authority, preparing quarterly and annual financial reports and manage the company’s cashflow as per Company’s finance policy. Candidate must have degree in accounts or finance. Minimum of two (2) years working experience is a must.
