Nadhani imeeleweka Appartment ipo pembeni ya barabara ya Toure drive. (kwa wasioifahamu ni ile barabara unayovuka kuingia cocobeach) Ukifungua geti tu unavuka hiyo barabara na kwenda baharini... ieleweke wazi pia si nyumba moja bali ni appartment iliyo kwenye ghorofa ya pili, hivyo ipo kwenye ghorofa kubwa yenye appartments kadhaa.
 
Hili suala limeshazungumzwa sana kama huna uelewa na jambo fulani ni heri kutochangia Mada, sasa mkuu nae anashangaa $450,000 kwa appartment ya masaki, uhalisia ni kwamba zinanunuliwa hadi $1million...ndiyo sababu mwenzio kwenye comments juu aliona ni bei nzuri hadi akadiriki kusema ni bei ndogo, so ni vyema kufanya utafiti kabla ya kuchangia Mada.. Kwa msaada zaidi Google (three bedroom appartment masaki seaview) uone.. bei zake.

Are you kidding me? In TZ who has that kind of money? May be the guy who was getting 7 million per minute. How do you afford to buy a house without financing from a bank. Crazy.

Hakuna mtu mwenye uwezo wa kununua apartment pekee kwa hio hela. Wapo wenye hizo hela tena wengi ila sio apartment. You kidding me? Whats is this New York.
So much of properties in Dar es salaam are over priced in the way,the government is up to intervene the free market. Market is not free when interrupted but lets face the facts that the real estate in Tanzania especially in Dar is way overpriced
