    Kama serikali ya Tz inamiliki 50% ya hisa za BP tanzania iweje kampuni hii "igome" kuuza mafuta?ina maana serikali imeamua kuhujumu watu wake?
    Huyu mmiliki mwingine ni nani?ana uwezo upi wa kuzuia uuzaji wa mafuta?

    Mmiliki mwingine kwa sasa ni BP yenyewe kupitia Africa arm. Ingawa kwa wale waliobahatika kusoma press release ya FCC (fair competition commission), BP wameuza kwa Puma Energy (subsidiary of Trifigura).

    Kuhusu kugoma,hilo swali kwa kweli ni gumu kwani maamuzi ya kuuza au kutouza yanafanywa na board members ambayo 50/50 kati ya BP na Serikali. Hilo ni moja lakini la pili ambalo ndilo ninalohisi ni sababu ya tatizo lenyewe ni kwamba,haya macampuni ya kigeni (i.e Oryx,BP,Total etc), mfumo wao wa biashara ni kwamba, kituo kinakuwa chini ya umiliki wa kampuni lakini uendeshaji anapewa dealer ambaye kazi yake ni kununua mafuta kutoka kwa kampuni yake lakini anakuwa na 100% mamlaka ya uendeshaji wa kituo, kwa lugha ya kigeni wanaita "Company owned but dealer operated" sasa kutofungua inawezekana supplier ambaye ni BP ameamua kutouza mafuta au huyu dealer ameona hatapata faida kama akinunua mafuta kwa bei ambayo atauziwa na supplier wake.

    This is my view

    Wameshindwa kufanya maamuzi ili kulinda nidhamu na uwajibikaji ndani ya chama, sasa wanashindwa hata kusimamia wauza mafuta? What do we need the government for? Hivi Ngeleja akibeba mikoba yake kwenda kazini kesho anaenda kufanya nini hasa kama hata kutoa kauli juu huu mgomo ameshindwa?

    Wakati mwingine serikali inajitakia kulaumiwa. Hivi kweli wameshindwa kutatua huu mgomo?

    Kauli ya serikali kuhusu mgomo wa wauza mafuta yaweza kuwa hivi;

    ''HAWA WATU NI HATARI, TUKIWAGUSA NCHI HAITATAWALIKA!''

    NAIROBI (Reuters) - Tanzania's competition regulator on Friday approved the sale by London-based BP of a 50 percent stake in a fuel marketing business in the east African country to Puma Energy, a subsidiary of Dutch commodity trader Trafigura.
    The deal follows an announcement by the oil major in November that it had agreed to sell its southern African network to Trafigura for $296 million, part of a trend that oil majors are exiting fuel retail businesses.
    The go-ahead was granted by Tanzania's Fair Competition Commission (FCC) after BP announced it would sell interests in forecourts and supply businesses in Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Tanzania and Malawi to Puma Energy.
    Oil traders such as Trafigura have not historically involved themselves in fuel retail business.
    Tanzania's government, which owns the remaining 50 percent stake in BP Tanzania, did not object to the acquisition.

    Kuna kitu kimoja hatukielewi hapa, haya makampuni hakuna anaesema amegoma, bali wanakuambia wana-review (calculate) price ili kuangalia kama wanaweza match na Ewura.
    So hata BP hawawezi kudai kua wamegoma.
    EWURA ingeacha ubabe katika hili suala tusingefikia hapa tulipo. Ewura inatumia U-Serikali kuwatishia waagizaji mafuta ikitegemea wataogopa kutokana na Ugeni wao nchini

    This is a good question. Waandishi wa habari kama mnategeme kila kitu ni chadema tu basi hakuna industry ya news Tanzania. Imeonekana kwabisa waandishi wengi wa habari hawaulizi ccm na kikwete wao kwanini nchi haijui waamiliki wa hizi kampuni hapa nchini? Nchi gani ina population 43 million lakini anayefahamu mmiliki wa bp ni kikwete na wizara ya nishati ya madini? Hapa kuna tatizo na journalism Tanzania nayo imekuwa dhaifu mno na muamke na kuacha kuwaachia chadema wakitetea nchi yao kila siku, journalists nendeni nje ya ofisi ya ngereja na uwanja wa ndege muwasubiri kikwete na mke wake wakitaka kuondoka usiku.
