    Ndugu wana Jf, naomba niwasilishe hoja hii kwenu, nilfanikiwa kufika katika mradi huo nilichokiona, hata mhesabu trip za mchanga katoka china, wasimamizi wa vibarua ni wachina halafu waliowengi hawana elimu. Je, swali sasa wanaingiaje inchini hawa, kw vigezo gani. maana kazi wanazofanya watanzania wapo wengi sana naamini. Uhamiaji wanafanya nini au ni kugonga mihuri tu bila kujua kwa vile wachina hawa niliambiwa kwa rushwa wanaongoza, maana wamegundua sumu ya mtanzania ni rushwa. hawa wachina wapo mradi wa barabara tanga horohoro. naomba mulijadili hili la sivyo ajira zote zinaenda kwa wageni wakati wazawa wenye fani hizo wapo

    Mkuu hata mimi nilishangaa mradi wa barabara toka Korogwe hadi Handeni kila baada ya kilometa moja unakumbana na wachina 4 mpaka 10 nikajiuliza hivi Tanzania tuna kwenda wapi ?.

    Ni kweli hii barabara imejaa wachina (sina uhakika kama wanafika au kuzidi idadi ya 150 iliyotajwa),kila hatua ni wao tu hata kuhesabu trip za mchanga ni wao,sehemu ambayo sijawaona ni katika kufagia barabara tu,ni tofauti na barabara ya mwenge-tegeta ambapo kuanzia mwenge hadi tegeta utakutana na wajapan wachache sana,ilifika sehemu nikawa na wasiwasi na barabara hii ya tegeta lakini kwa hatua waliyofikia nimeona kweli wanaweza,tatizo ni foleni inayokera kuanzia tegeta sokoni kutokana na ujenzi huu.

    Ajira nyingi zimeshikiliwa na wageni ambao wengi wao sio wataalamu, kazi hufundishwa na wabongo.

    Ni kweli kabisa serekali imelala kabisa katika hili eneo.Utashangaa baada ya mradi kumalizika wachina wote watahamia sehemu mbali mbali kama hilo halitoshi tutawaita wawekezaji {wauza maua,makarai na plastic}.

    Wachina hawa wako more labour based hivyo wanaweka manyapala wengi kuwasimamia waTanzania ambao ni wavivu; hawawezi kufanya kazi vema mpaka wasimamiwe na wezi sana; waakipata upenyo kidogo wachina wanakuwa waameliwa.
    Hili pengine siyo tatizo la uhamiaji tu bali la kitaifa zaidi kwa sasa.
