A new major multi-function venue at State House intended to cater for Banquets of up to 500 guests as well as international conferences. The main plenary space is supported by full, international standard, kitchen facilities as well as break out rooms, press areas, pre-function gathering areas and VIP suites. In order to minimize the impact on the State House surroundings the function hall has been designed to have a green (grass) roof so it blends into the surrounding landscaping. It has also been designed around an existing mature baobab tree which forms the centerpiece of the pre-function area.
