Lake Victoria Mining Company Receives First Assay Results from Kilimanjaro's Singida "Gold Rush" District, Tanzania

Lake Victoria Mining Company, Inc. (OTCBB:LVCA) has just received encouraging assay results from Kilimanjaro's Singida "Gold Rush" district. The Company expects to be able to release a consolidated report on this initial group of assays by early next week.
The final part of the Securities Exchange Agreement between Lake Victoria and Kilimanjaro Mining Company Inc. has been completed today with the submission of the treasury order that will complete the share exchange between the two companies. Upon distribution of the Lake Victoria shares to the selling Kilimanjaro Shareholders, Kilimanjaro will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Lake Victoria.
Upon reviewing the initial assay results, Roger Newell Ph.D, president of Lake Victoria and a seasoned and experienced senior geologist, shared: "In my years of searching for gold, this area has is one of the best I have seen. The signs were there from the first visit that the area was poised to become the next big gold rush. Although we are still verifying and consolidating the initial assay results, we are proud and look forward to sharing them with the public as soon as possible. It is good that Kilimanjaro acted swiftly to secure and then to immediately work to further define the gold potential of this area.
