Mimi ni dereva nakumbuka nilikwenda kwenye masahiliano ya kampuni moja ndipo niliulizwa swali hili "Je ikitokea mke wa bosi ametoka kazini na mtoto wa bosi ametoka chuo na kila mmoja anataka ukamchukue kwa wakati huo, je utaanza kwenda kumchukua nani?" hili swali nilishindwa kujibu na kubaki nimeng'aa sharubu tu na hapo hapo kazi yenyewe nikaikosa

Wakatuambia shikeni slashers mfyeke nyasi. Walisepa watu karibu wote tukabaki watano hivi, sisi tukaona sio ishu ngoja tushike slashers tu, tukasikia. Hebu acheni slashers mnifuate huku. Kila ofisi ina recruitment procedures zake, na hizo procedures zinatofautiana kulingana na positions/ au nafasi iliyotangazwa

Mfano nafasi za ngazi za chini kama drivers, receptionist, cleaners etc hizi huwa tunafanya recruitment mannualy...namaanisha kwa kupitia CV moja baada ya nyingine na kaa kuwa ni.mannualy tunarecruit kwa kuzingatia job description...hapa namaanisha vile vigezo vyote tulivyoviweka kwenye tangazo la kazi huwa tunaangalia kama cv ya mtu husika imekamilisha then tunaishortlist

Kwa nafasi za juu huwa recruitment inafanywa na system.moja kwa moja...kuna system ambayo ina rate cb kulingana na vigezo vilivyotolewa kwenyw tangazo kwa hiyo mimi ninacjofanya nafungua kle system then naangalia cv ambazo zimepewa 100% rate then nazipitia zote kuhakiki kama.kweli zinafaa, nikimaliza nafata za 90%, naendelwa za 80% mpaka za 70% baada ya hapo kutoka kwenye zile bwat CV basi nashortlist candidate kwa ajili ya interview

Nawaambia hilo swali kwa Recruiter anayejitambua kama hawa wahindi au wazungu ni mtego. Hakuna kiasi kitakachoweza kulipwa kwa value yako (mbona hamjithamini nyie watu) ndivyo unavyotakiwa kuanza kujibu kwa kukanusha then utaendelea na polite language ya kwamba salary ni just an appreciation rewards as recognition kwa time na commitment unayoweka kwa kusaidia kufanikisha malengo ya organization.
Panel nyingi za huku kwetu ni za kikanjanja tuu ndo maaana mnawekana tu. Mwanzoni wakati CV haina uzoefu ndo nimemaliza chuo nilifanya interview nyingi sana kwa wenzetu japo nilikua nakula za uso ila zilinijenga saaaana Tena saana kwa sababu pia zile feedback walizokua wananipa zilinisaidia sana kujijenga. Mimi ni HR, jibu jepesi hapo ni kwamba as a cotractor unatakiwa utoe ushauri kwa both consultant and client kwamba what is the best option between the two kulingana na taaluma yako tena utoe reasonable advice ila end of the day kazi ianze pasipo kuathiri either of the side

Kwa kusoma comments za watu humu na kuunganisha na experience yangu ndogo kama pannelist nimetambua kuwa wengi wanafeli interview sio sababu ya panic bali huwa hawajui maswali yanapima nini hivyo wanapaswa kujibu nini. Wengi naona mnatoa majibu google as if interviewers hawapiti humo halafu mna expect kutoboa, guys things change.

Nashauri wale ambao mna experience ndogo jaribuni kujifunza toka kwa HR mbalimbali mtatoboa ila muwe watulivu na sio much knows. Kwa kuanzia hata huyo "prisoner of hope" anaonesha ana mwanga sana kwa kuongea madini.

Yaani uitwe kwa interview halafu mshahara useme as per scale serious? Jaribu hivyo halafu iwe kwa mhindi ndo utaona kuwa sio sawa.
