    kuna ndugu yangu alijiunga(jana) na extreme ya kuongea ya kampuni ya simu ya tiGO. Saa kadhaa baadaye nilishangaa kuona kanitumia tafadhari nipigie,
    nilijiuliza iweje mtu mwenye xtrm aombe nimpigie?
    Nikasema sio bure, lazima kunasababu, basi nilipompigia akaniambia hawazi tena kupiga simu na hajui sababu. zaidi ya hilo akasema hata crdt zilizo kuwa zimesalia nazo wamelamba.
    Nikamwambia umejaribu kupiga customer care? akasema bila sh 100 huwezi. Nikamwambia subiri nimuulize jamaa yangu mmoja anayefanya kazi huko.
    Alichoniambia ni kuwa kwa sasa xtrm ni saa 3.5 (masaa ma 3 na nusu tu)

    Naomba kujua hili swala ni kweli?
    Limeanza lini?
    Wateja wao wote wanalijua hilo?
    Naomba kuwasilisha hoja.

    Ni kweli wamebadili utaratibu, kwa extreme ni dk 200 ambazo unatakiwa umalize ndani ya masaa 12 (muda wa kawaida wa extreme)!

    Nashukuru mkuu. Ila sijui kama wametangaza? ndiyo maana ya kuuliza hayo maswali, ila kama hawajatangaza ni vizuri watangaze ili wateja wao wakijiunga wawe wanafahamu, isije tokea kama kwa ndugu yangu.

    Samahani mkuu ila pamoja na kutafuta uhakika, nilikuwa nataka watu wengine wafahamu(sijui kama wote wanafahamu).

    Shukrani kwa taarifa,sikuwa nafahamu pia!15301 is the tiGo's customer care alt number....you can speak to one of their representative right away....husubiri sana wala nini na wala hutotozwa kiasi chochote cha pesa!
