Sobby, swala la dharau unalizungumzia mara ya pili sasa, labda kwaajili sifahamu dharau ndio sababu nashindwa kuelewa jinsi gani unaona kama nakudharau!
Sizungushi maneno najitahidi kadri niwezavyo kukuelewesha nikielewacho.
Nakubali Ubinafsishaji Tanzania haujawa very successfull kwa baadhi ya sekta , na yote hiyo ni kwamba hakukuwa na mipangilio mizuri, pamoja na usimamizi pia. Tulikuwa tunabinafsisha then hela inatumika for recurring expenditure rather than investing in capital expenditure kama wenzetu (mfano Malaysia) walivyokuwa wanafanya.
No hard feelings mkuu, tunajadiliana tu... ila hapo kwenye red nimependa.

Way back huh?.... see, thats the problem right there, if you raise a kid till he/she is 18yrs old, when he/she is 22 yrs old, you will still be very iunfluencial in his/her life. This whole thing was engineered to privatise our corporations (sadly the outcome wasn't nice). When CHC starts manging our government portifolio, what makes you think the WB/IMF won't be influencial?.... I mean directly, thats their siphon or one of their tentacles.
May be we differ on what kind of nation we are trying to build. When Corruption is interpersonal, it can easily be controlled. But when it's intrapersonal, it's very hard to control it. We can get rid of Jairo, Mkulo or whoever is corrupt... just get rid of them, but do not try to restructure something/anything that will include the same people..... that will not take us anywhere.
