    ninasumbuliwa na kitambi, nimejaribu kuulizia namna ya kukitoa, kuna watu wameniambia kuwa kitambi bongo ni dili, kinaleta heshima, na pia kitambi ni dhamana, popote unapoenda unaaminiwa.ama kweli bongo noma. Sasa tukiachana na issue hizo. kuna yoyote hapa jf anaweza kunielimisha njia nzuri ya kutoa kitambi!!

    Mkuu usianze tu Gym, anza na Jogging uyeyushe mafuta kwanza halafu ndo uende Gym, ukianza tu gym mazee utaikaza tu misuli ya tumbo halafu kitakuwa kigumu. Mie sipendi skabisa kitambi ila nnacho, wife anapenda sana kitambi nikizungumzia tu mazoezi ananuna kwa sana tuu wadau hii nayo ni kikwazo kikubwa sana. wabongo wengi ambao wapo mtaani bado wanadhani kitambi ni mtaji, lkn nimeona makazini sasa hivi wengi wameelimika hawapendi kitu inaitwa NDAMBI hahahahahah

    kitambi sio dili kiafya jamani, heshma inayoku tia kwenye risk ya magonjwa ya ya moyo nk sio heshma nzuri...

    mimi pia nilikuwa na kitambi baada ya kujifungua ila chote kwa sasa kimekwisha kabisa, dawa yake huanzia jikoni yaani vitu unavyokula...halafu wakati unarekebisha kona hiyo hakikisha pia unafanya mazoezi,

    mazoezi ya gym yalinishinda kwa sababu ya muda...jogging asubuhi asubuhi siku 5/week ilinisaidia, na kuruka kamba, jumla 30 to 40 minutes a day, mazoezi mazuri sana na una enjoy zaidi ukiwa na headphone masikioni ukisikiliza muziki uupendao .

    Kwa ujumla kitambi sio kizuri kina kupelekea kupata magonja hatari kama vile shinikizo la damu, Saratani(cancer), kisukari na kadhalika.Ili uweze kukiondoa inakupasa kwanza ubadili mwenendo wa maisha yako kwa kuanzia kwenye mlo na mazoezi ya viungo. Nakushsauri kwanza uepuke vyakula vya mafuta na upunguze vyakula vya wanga kwa asilimia 60%. sehemu kubwa ya mlo wako iwe ni vyakula vya protein,mbogamboga na matunda.Na pia usisahau kunywa maji mengi sifahamu uzito na urefu wako ila ningekushauri unywe maji yasiyo pungua litre 3 kwa siku.Wakati huohuo anza mazoezi silazima uende gym unaweza kufanya hata chumbani, kwa siku za mwanzoni siku shauri uanze jogging kama uzito wako ni zaidi ya kilo 85 kuna hatari ya kuadhiri viungo vingine vya mwili kama knee na ankle joints kutokana na uzito mkubwa. Anza kwa zoezi la kuchuchumaa na kusimama unaweza kuanza na Round 20 then unaongeza idadi kadri mwili unavyopata stamina, na push up. baada ya mwezi anza mazoezi ya Tumbo kidogokidogo mpaka mwili unazoea.
