Katiba mpya: The anti corruption commission should be empowered by having prosecution powers

With the Country's resources being grabbed from left centre and right by unscruprous public offials while in office,this commission should be empowered by having powers to arrest and align the culprits in fast tracked courts that should be directly under the Anti corruption Commission.They should be empowered by being given prosecuting powers Independently from the DPP.All public officials with the exception of the seating President of the Country should be accountable for the abuse of office and any kind of public embezellement.The president should also be held accountable for any past abuse of office after stepping down from the Immunitty.
