    Jamani tumbo langu naona linaanza kua kubwa. Nadhani hukuninakoelekea nitakua naambiwa nina "Kitambi". I hate this.
    Naombeni munishauri nifanye nini. Mimi wala sio mnene ni mwembamba tu wastani.
    HINT: Sifanyagi mazoezi
    Kama suala ni kufanya mazoezi naombeni wataalam munielekeze ni mazoezi gani nifanye.

    Tripo9 mbona kama unalijua suluhisho la tatizo lako??? Anza mazoezi ya kukimbia asubuhi kama kilomita 50 kwa siku, ni simple and affordable!!

    Matokeo utayaona mapema sana. Usikubali mtu akikwambia punguza kula, labda vyakula vya mafuta na sukari kama bia, soda and chocolates!!

    Ila Brklyn, kuna joke moja tulikua tukiongeaga na washikaji kwamba masuala ya kukimbia yanapelekea mtu kuishia na miguu myembambaaa aka fito kama ndugu zetu athletes.
    Lakini kama tumbo langu litapungua kwa kukimbia mii niko radhi kufanya hivyo.

    Kukimbia kilometa hamsini ni nyingi sana,
    hasa ikizingatiwa kuwa mtu mwenyewe hana utamaduni wa kufanya mazoezi.
    Aanze taratibu,
    ajinyoshe , achuchumae,ainuke arukeruke kisha akimbie umbali anaoweza,
    kadiri siku zinavyoongezeka anatakiwa naye awe anaongeza urefu wa kukimbia na muda wa mazoezi ya viungo uongezeke.
    Pia anaweza kufanya mazoezi ya seatup yatamsaidia kukata tumboz.

    Kuwa na kitambi ni tatizo kubwa sana !!! Usikubali kabisa kuwa na mtumbo kama wa mama mjamzito.Punguza kula minyama ya mbuzi na ngombe na beer , Kula samaki badala yake.Kula mlo mdogo kwa wakati, Hii ni dhambi ya ufisadi kwa mwili wa mwanaume..!!

    sasa hii sasa marathon baba yani km goli hadi goli azunguke mara 500?? mh kazi hapo ipo,afanye max ya 1,2,3,4,5-7km a day (day 1-7) from there anaweza ongeza kutokana na kunogewa

    tripo9 mkuu kama kitambi kinakuja hio inasababishwa na chukula bila mpangilio.kabla ujaenda mbali acha kula chakula kingi sana jioni.achana na wali jioni ningekushauri ule salad au matunda na kama umeshindwa basi kula kiwango kidogo sana cha chakula kama mida ya kumi nambili jioni usipite saa moja usiku.kula mboga za majani na badala ya wali weka viazi vitamu.

    jaribu kula mara 5 kwa siku kila baada masaa matatu na huwe unakula mlo mdogo mdogo yani matunda hiwe sehemu ya mlo wako pia.mazoezi muhimu sana mkuu kimbia atleast mara 5 kwa wiki asubuhi au jioni inategemea na mda wako muafaka hata kwa nusu saa inatosha.

    Kaka nguli kwa sasa timetable iko tight kidogo. Ntakutafuta miezi flani ijayo ntakapokua free mida ya jioni.

    arusha kuna club inaitwa.......karibu na masai camp, njia ya moshonao,pana club ya mazoezi ila wakimaliza mazoezi hicho kinywaji wakachokunya na huo mlo!!!!! matokeo yake wote wananenepeana kama wamepulizwa.

    Jamani vp mambo ya kumuona daktari kwanza? is it necessary? Nimewahi sikia kuwa kabla ya kuanza mazoezi ni muhimu kuonana na dokta akupime afya yako na ujue uanze na mazoezi ya aina gani.Hii imekaaje waungwana?

    Wakuu....your posts got me inspired....kajitambi kanakuja na kwangu....jana jioni I started with serious workouts.And I am determined to cut down my beer intake by 75% maana hiyo najua ndo sababu kubwa.

    Shukrani....will keep you posted of my progress!
