How can somebody use BBIS without paying monthly subscription fee of the mobile company?

For sure, blackberry is nice smart phone, cheap sometimes and easy to use!.

When it comes to internet service I hate BBerry because I have to pay 35000 for my phone to be connected to internet.

Is there any means I can connect internet to bb without paying monthly fee of mobile company?
