remember them milk scandals,those pundits were trying to tell us that their milk(processed) was better than ours(natural).Guess what,they added melanin and so many other chemicals to enhance protein "imagery" of the milk!

so many packed food stuffs we buy from Shoprite and any other supermarket in this world is just plain chemicals.
if you want to be Healthy EAT food not supplements.its sad mtu anaukosefu wa Vitamin badala ya kula vitamin rich fruits/foods anafakamia makemikali ya GNLD.

haya majamaa hayajaishia kwenye vyakula tu, sasa hivi its a very common sigh seeing imported furniture sold at premium prices,while they are of every low quality.
na sisi watanzania wafata mikumbo wala hatuulizi mara mbili,tunanunua tu.

Bottom line is nothing packed in a beautiful package,smells good or is told to help facilitate this and that actually does any of that stuffs.they are just plain same things we have abundantly here in Africa.its just education we lack.

If you are "50" and you look "30" lucky you.BUT nothing will make you younger..,it is only a feeling you have, and these chemicals are so dangerous most of the times.

When they are not dangerous they do not qualify for a high price tag they want you to pay for.
