2. What are the Layoff compensation policies in Tanzania.

Salaries are paid monthly in Tanzania, and the minimum wage seems to be about $200. It would be nice if they could pay that amount fortnightly!

Has it not occurred to you that The_Analyst is probably without knowledge of Kiswahili? Swahili speakers are unlikely to want to know the frequency of salary payments in Tanzania.

The man (or woman) is probably a student who has heard about Tanzania and would like to know how and when the people there are paid.

Kiswahili ni lugha kama ilivyo lugha zingine. Kama muuliza swali atakuwa hajaelewa kutoka katika majibu yangu basi nadhani atasema na nitampatia jibu lililo katiika lugha ambayo yeye ataona ni nyepesi kuelewa.
Vinginevyo sioni haja ya kumsemea juu ya hili ilhali yeye mwenyewe yuko kimya.

Lakini nilichotaka kusema hapa hasa kuwa kiswahili ni moja tu ya nyenzo za mawasiliano kama lugha na ambapo katika nyenzo kama hizo basi ndiyo tuna kiingereza, kichaga, kipare nk.

Nikirudi kwenye suala la msingi yaani mawasiliano unaweza kufikisha ujumbe wako popote na kwa mtu yeyote pasi na kutumia lugha. Unaweza kutumia ishara, mlio, nk

Katika posting yangu hapo juu kwa mtu wa kawaida bila ya kujali hazungumzi lugha ya kiswahili ni wazi kuwa nimeweza kuwasiliana naye in any how. Moreover, maelezo ambayo ni muhimu yapo.

Lakini hata hivyo kama ataona kuwa anahitaji English Version ya maelezo yangu nitampatia.
