Naomba msaada wa mawazo maana i am running out of ideas. Nina mtoto wa miezi 8 anayesumbua kula. Namjaribisha vitu tofauti tofauti ila ni vichache sana anavikubali. Nikisema nimemjaribisha ni kwamba nimempa chakula hicho kama 5 times siku tofauti tofauti kagoma.
NB: mtoto nikimpa maziwa ya ng'ombe, formula milk na cerelac anatapika after approximately 1hr after kunywa. Soya milk inamtoa vipele mwili mzima.
Anakubali matunda yaliyosagwa, uji wa mahindi na mchele.
Ndizi, viazi anagoma unless unachanganya na parachichi asijue anakula nini. Im concerned that in a day anakula parachichi sana sijui kama ni healthy. Pia anaanza ku loose weight, sijui nijaribu vyakula gani vingine vinavyoweza kumjenga mwili.
Mara nyingine chakula chake huwa nachanganya na nyama au samaki for peotein na a bit of blue band for fats. Naomba mawazo yenu kwenye vyakula mbadala vinavyoweza kumjenga mwili. Asante
