Chai ya Maziwa Fresh ya Viungo

    Habari wana JF,

    Hapa nilipo kuna kibaridiii... Nimejipongeza kwa kunywa chai ya maziwa ya viungo. Nimeona sio mbaya nikishare hii ladha ambayo naona ni nzuri sana hasa pale ukiipatia.

    Kuna baadhi kupika chai ya maziwa ya viungo inawashinda ingawa wanapenda. Yaani akiweka viungo anashangaa kuwa ile chai inaharibika kwa maziwa yale kuganda (hujitenga maji na maziwa kana kamba yamegandishwa) hasa ukitumia kiungo cha tangawizi.

    Personally napenda sana chai ya tangawizi, huwa naona ni tamu hasa ukiweka na viungo vingine ukavichanganya kwa uwiano sahihi...

    Vipimo:

    Maziwa litre moja
    Maji robo litre (hata chini ya robo litre ni bora zaid, maji kidogo tu)
    Kijiko kimoja kidogo cha Iriki
    Kijiko kimoja kidogo cha karafuu
    Vipande vya size ya kati vya abdallahsin
    Kipande kidogo cha tangawizi mithili ya nusu kidole kidogo cha mkono.

    Process:


    1. Hakikisha chombo chako ni kisafi na weka maji robo litre na utenge motoni.
    2. Ikianza kupata joto weka viungo vyote kwa pamoja ukiwa umehakikisha umesaga/twanga tangawizi bila kusahau majani ya chai kijiko kidogo kisijae sana.
    3. Maji yakichemka weka sukari vijiko vikubwa vya chakula kama 6.
    4. Huo mchanganyiko ukichemka vema mimina maziwa yako litre moja subiri yachemke baada ya hapo chai yako tayari kwa kunywewa.

    Hapo chai yako tayari kwa kunywewa...

    Umesahau mchaichai, lol.
    Well, mimi huchemsha vyote kwa pamoja kasoro majani ya chai. Umenifundisha njia mpya, nitajaribu.
    Kinachofanya maziwa yagande ni contamination from kitwangio cha viungo. Ni vizuri kuwa na kinu cha wet stuff na dry stuff. Hata blender inakuwa na container ndogo mbili, moja tumia kwa swaumu na tangawizi na nyingine for dry stuff kama pilipili manga, iliki na mdalasini. Easy way ni kuweka iliki nzima, na tangawizi kukwangua na grater tu ama chopping (nimekumbuka something i will buy you later).

    Mafuluto, usipotia maji ni vema ndio... Ila upande wa ilotiwa viungo mara naona ni bora ukavichemsha kwanza kwenye maji, kwa ukolevu zaidi na pia kama nilivyogusia gurantee ya kuhakikisha maziwa yako ya chai yasigande. Hata hivyo kama huwa wafaulu kupika maziwa matupu na viungo ina maana kuna vingine huwezi tumia...

    Umeweka tips za msingi sana (hasa kwenye kitwangio); Asante wifi yangu... Kuhusu tangawizi pia huwa na grate, hio ya chopping inafanya tangawizi itumike nyingi zaidi sababu kukolea kwake tofauti... (alafu ole wako hio later usitokee).

    BTW mara nyingi sinaga mchai chai so i do without... hahaha! Itabidi uanze kuniletea..

    ahsante asha dii.mimi chai ya maziwa huwa sichanganyi na maji,ingawa napenda sana chai ya rangi.huwa napenda kupost mapishi,ila tatizo langu mapishi yangu hayana vipimo,nakasikia kwa macho tu.kwa hiyo huona tabu ku post.labda nipike keki,ndio huwa napima,au mkate wa mayai au mkate wa mchele.

    Dada, mimi huwa nasaga tangawizi na kuigandisha ktk friza kwa kutumia tule tudude twa kuwekea barafu- so nakuwa na ginger blocks kazaa. Then pia natengeneza chai ya kunywa siku nzima na kuhakikisha hailali, nina uhakika ukilala itakufa..

    Mchanganyiko wangu wq viungo wote ni unga- mungu awabariki walioanzisha chai masala mix, na ile nyingine inaitwa zanzibar something, so nikiweka ktk maziwa kwa pamoja ikianza kupata moto kidogo nakuwa nakoroga koroga kwa muda hadi kila kitu kichanganyike. Test yake ni bomba sana na viungo unavisikia hadi chini ya roho..:photo:

    Niliona mchaichai wa kukaushwa na jua supermarket, itwas somewhat ok. Kuna mtu ali-smuggle mchaichai na kupanda kwenye flower pot some country, nilicheka sana. Itabidi nikufanyie mpango usijali wifi langu.

    Mafuluto umenipa tip muhimu kuhusu tangawizi?especially mie ninaefanya groceries shopping ya a month or two at per. Tangawizi frijini huwa inanyauka na kupoteza mvuto. Nitatengeneza cubes, asante kwa elimu. kisukari, hebu nifundishe kupika mkate wa mchele plz. Nami sinaga vipimo, i just kadiria.

    Glad I could help mkuu. Unajua hii JF ni chiboko kweli kweli, wengine hawajui tuu. Tena sijapata muda tu wa kuanzisha thread nyingine hapa, mimi ni mtundu sana wa kuvumbua mavituz ktk mambo ya misosi. Last month niliamua kupika spinach, then nikatia kijiko kidogo cha peanut butter ! Yaani unaweza kula sufuria nzima ( weka peanut butter ukikaribia kuiva kabisa ...) !!

    hainyauki kama ukiiweka kwenye kifuko cha plastic, daima mimi huweka vyakula kama tangawizi, beetroot, karoti na vifanananvyo kwenye mifuko ya plastic na siweki kwenye freezer ni kwenye friji tu na kwenye namba isiyozidi tatu au nne. vitu vinakuwa fresh bila kupoteza radha hata kwa muda wa miezi miwili.

    Mimi ni mtumiaji mzuri wa asali kuliko sukari, sukari naitumia tu pale "inapobidi" Pia mchanganiyo wako wa chai ya maziwa uko fresh ila huwa mie katika mchanganyiko huo siweki majani wala sukari hivyo nitaunga mezani majani na asali. kama nitaongeza mchaichai kweli inakuwa powa.

    Nami pia kama sina sehemu ya kupanda mchaichai huwa napanda kwenye poti kama maua lakini kwa matumizi ya yangu.

    Mimi huwa nachemsha maziwa na viungo vyote, kama mdalasini, iliki, na mchaichai ila tangawizi naiweza ya mwisho mpaka maziwa yaanze kuchemka ndio natia tangawizi na huku nawekea moto mdogo ili ijichanganye ama sivyo huwa maziwa yanakatika hasa ikiwa tangawizi mbichi.

    Arpaio hii unaweza apply pia kwa chai ya rangi.. Chai ya rangi ya viungo ikipatiwa huwa tamu sana mdomoni...
