kama nimekusoma blue screeen unayopata wewe haitio ujumbe wowote. hakuna itu am stop error. Yaani ni blank blue screen.

ebu jaribu kufuata maelezo haya mara inapotokea hiyo blank blue screen.

press CTRL+ALT+DEL and go to task manager, go to processes and select explorer.exe and press end process and again press CTRL+ALT+DEL and go to task manager click on new task and typ "explorer" (not the cotes) and click ok and check.

Kwa mujibu wa maelezo ya huyu mtaalam ni inaonekana explorer. exe kwenye mashine yako imecorrupt.

Jamani wakuu ninapata error hii nitafanya computer ilikuwa on nilipokuja lig in ikawa kama ime stuck

nikai restart basi arror hiyo ndio inatokea msaada hapo
