Benjamin Mkapa speaking about western countries and Africa

Wanapokuwa katika uongozi huwa wamelewa madaraka. Wanaporudi uraiani uhalisia huanza kuwarudia na wakati huo huwa hawana uwezo wala ushawishi ambao utasaidia jamii.

Hivi hakujua kuwa alikuwa anawarithisha hao wageni rasilimali na vitega uchumi vya Tanzania kwa bei ya kutupa alipokuwa madarakani?

Nafikiri bado anajiona intelligent wakati ukweli ni kwamba anamwaga pumba kwa kwenda mbele. Uyu jamaa hajabadilika kiitikadi tangia alipokuwa mwandishi wa habari wa Daily News miaka ya 70, what a waste! Dah kaazi kweli kweli!
 
This ex President during his regime never, never, never upheld the RULE OF LAW of this country in the Valambhia case. It was during his regime that the case continued like a heroine addiction in the courts. And who benefitted from all those cases, a few TZ officials & their so called elite friends. He did nothing to ensure JUSTICE is done! As a ruler of a sovereign Nation, this man did absolutely NOTHING, not a thing, to obey the RULE OF LAW of his country. Neither for a noble cause as JUSTICE!
During his regime, every newspaper, radio station reported extensively on the blatant corruption in the Valambhia case, and this man did nothing to stop it. There was overwhelming public opinion that supported the RULE OF LAW of this country, and still this man did NOTHING! When a President upholds the RULE OF LAW of a country, it attracts genuine legit investors not hoodlums, gangsters who encourage corruption for their own benefit, corruption leads to economic decay, dehumanizes people, deprives ppl of education, health needs, just basic needs in life. And destroys hope, dreams, wishes of a whole generation.
 
As a worthless hypocrite as he is, mr Mkapa should be facing the wrath of justice and eventually be jailed for life at the Segerea state prison
