Nakuunga mkono ktk hili,Sio Air hostes tu,
kwa ujumla customer care kwa Tanzania ni zero. Nenda Bank, Airport, piga simu customer service etc...! Kote huko watoa huduma wanajiona wao ni bora zaidi kuliko mtu anayestahili huduma. Nenda nchi za wenzetu, yaani customer serice unayopewa mpaka unaogopa, unaweza ukafikiri labda unapendelewa.
Kiukweli hakuna customer care manners ktk makampuni mengi ya huduma.

Hakuna ile falsafa ya kihuduma i.e. customers first,
Hawana customer retention,
Hakuna accurate feedbacks towards service delivery,
