YAANI KUNA BIBI KAINGIA NA WHEEL CHAIR HAKUNA ALIYEMSAIDIA HATA KUTOKA KWENYE NDEGE! THE : XAMS TREE AIR HOSTESS: THEY WERE JUST STANDING THERE DOING NOTHING! SO MIMI NILIMSAIDAI YULE BIBI KUTOKA NDANI YA NGEGE! YAANI HATA SEATBELT HAWAKUJALI KUMSAIDIA KUFUNGUA! THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS ZERO! i MINE MINUS ZERO! NILICHUKUA NDEGE NA kENYA AIRWAYS! OMG THE AIRHOSTESS WALIKUWA SO CAREING AND HELPING EVEN SMILING ALL THE WAY!, JAMANI WATZ HAMKENI!::crying:

    Hivyo visanamu air-hostess huenda vinapunjwa sana hivyo hutegemea tabasamu za abiria wenye kuendekeza mambo kuwaachia vijisenti au ni ufinyu tu wa exposure kwenye taalum hii.

    Wengi wao tunaishi nao huku uswahilini ambapo wakati mwingine hata salamu tu ya Mungu inakua taabu kweli. Tatizo wanathani akina Mzee Ndemasi kule vijiji vya Kilimanjaro ndio mabosi wao wakati bosi wa kweli wako nao ndani ya pipa muda wote.

    Daah, ndege zao zina kelele kwa ndani, hata screen za movie/radar hazifanyi kazi. Halafu yule rubani sijui vipi, yaani ndege inayumba safari yote, kama una roho nyepesi unaweza kuwaambia wakushushe!

    Turbulence ni kitu cha kawaida. Kama unataka ku-overcome turbulence ndogo basi panda A380, ambazo nazo si chochote mbele ya turbulence kubwa.

    Ukitaka jambo hili lifanyiwe kazi, weka tarehe uliyosafiri na Flight No ya ndege hiyo hapa, au kwenye suggestion Box zao ..Nakuhakikishia watashughulikiwa mara moja!
    PW wako makini kwa kiasi cha kuridhisha kwa sasa...Naamini si Hostesses wote wako hivyo, kuna wengine wako kikazi zaidi, maana wanajua anytime wanamess-up, wakenya wanachukua nafasi!...huh

    Thanks, nilidhani ni rubani au ndege, kwa maana hiyo ilikuwa from Dar to Nairobi, na muda mfupi baadaye nilipounganisha Kenya Airways from Nai to Mumbai, sikuhisi hiyo Turbulence as it had been with Precision Awys. The same situation sikuwahi kuiface with Qatar Airways na Emirates miaka ya nyuma!

    Precision Air is 51% owned by Kenya Airways. The CEO, Alphonse Kioko is Kenyan. The senior management team is basically mostly Kenyan. It is surprising with all the Kenya Airways influence the customer service isn't as influenced. Customer service can make or break the airline.

    1)hiyo swala la mzigo ni la ground handling ambapo kwa pressicion air ni wao pekee waanajihandle
    hivyo ni jukumu la pression groundling plp kuakikisha abiria ameingia ndani na mizigo yake amewekewa sehemu husika crew kazi yake ni kuonyesha sehemu inayotakiwa........,crew aruhusiwi kabisa kabisa kushika mzigo wa abiria ama kumshika abiria..,na hili ni kutokana na kesi yoyote mgonjwa akiumia ama kupata janga lolote anaejibu kesi ni crew,n hiyo ni moja ya DEBRIEFING ya crew kabla ya kupanda ndege
    Kuuhusu mkanda,crew anatakiwa kumwonyesha abiria jinsi ya kufnga mkanda na ajifunge mwenyewe....,

    Sio Air hostes tu,

    kwa ujumla customer care kwa Tanzania ni zero. Nenda Bank, Airport, piga simu customer service etc...! Kote huko watoa huduma wanajiona wao ni bora zaidi kuliko mtu anayestahili huduma. Nenda nchi za wenzetu, yaani customer serice unayopewa mpaka unaogopa, unaweza ukafikiri labda unapendelewa.
